Orders: |
All orders must be in writing, fax, or email. Talent Gifts will not accept responsibility for corrections or errors on verbal orders/ instructions.

Cancellations: |
All cancellations of orders in production will be charged for all generated cost of material and labor. |
|
Production time: |
2 weeks for repeated orders. 3~4 weeks after your confirmed official new order up to 10,000pcs per design. |
|
Rush Service: |
Rush order available with surcharge according to order quantity and production time requested. |
|
Sampling: |
7~10 days upon your confirmation on the artwork. Sampling deposit of USD 50 per design will be charged when sampling but refunded when placing the official order. |
|
MOQ: |
MOQ charge will be applied if the order quantity is less than 300pcs for products made of brass and zinc alloy. 1000pcs for products made of aluminum, stainless steel, iron, PVC and offset printing process. |
|
Mold Charge: |
Free mold charge over 10,000pcs per design. It will be charged when sampling but refunded when placing the official order. |
|
Error: |
Talent Gifts will not be responsible for errors after paper or product proof approval or in Camera ready artwork sent to us. |
|
Packaging: |
All products are individually poly-bagged unless specified by customer. |
|
Random Samples: |
Samples are available and free of charge, customers only be requested to pay for the freight. |
|
Mold: |
Dies and molds are hold for 2 years unless specified by customer. |
|
Right to Promote: |
We reserve the rights to use all products in our advertising and displays unless advised in writing by the customer. |
|
Trademarks: |
We reserve the rights to demand a copy of Right to Produce from customers using logos, trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar licensed products. |
